Personnel and Working Time

Today, Trieste Marine Terminal can rely on more than 320 direct highly skilled employees, properly selected and specifically trained to manage all the specific roles that terminal operations/administration may require.
4 operational shifts 6 hours each guarantee high efficiency standards and a 24h a day - 7 days a week coverage both on ship and rail handling.

Trieste Marine Terminal works 362 days per year, 24h per day.

Working time:

• Operations: ship/rail/yard:
  1st shift from 1.00 to 7.00
  2nd shift from 7.00 to 13.00
  3rd shift from 13.00 to 19.00
  4th shift from 19.00 to 1.00
   
• Operations on public holidays
  May 1st : closure from 7.00 am May 1st till 7.00am May 2nd
  August 15th : closure from 7.00 am August 15th till 7.00am August 16th
  December 24th : closure from 7.00 pm December 24th till 7.00 pm December 25th
  December 31st : closure from 7.00 pm December 31st till 1.00 pm January 1st
   
• Truck gate in/out:
  Monday - Friday from 07.00 to 21.00
  Saturday from 07.00 to 13.00
  Sunday and festive days: closed
   
• Administration:
  Monday - Thursday from 08.30 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30
  Friday from 08.30 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 15.30
