Cargo Center Graz and MSC extend their portfolio: new shuttle train from Werndorf to Trieste

TRIESTE - Since February 14th 2018 a new direct shuttle train from Werndorf is operating to the Port of Trieste once a week. To ensure an optimal timing, the schedule of the shuttle train is coordinated to MSC’s Far East service “Phoenix”.

 

After the successful trail run, the involved parties are already working on increasing the frequency of the service soon. For Cargo Center Graz, this shuttle is another milestone in their setup of high-performing train connections to Adriatic Sea. MSC enhances its Intermodal services to Trieste with this product, under the name “MSC Graz–Trieste Runner”.
