New Far East direct service to Trieste to depart on May 30th

With the first departure from Pusan on may 30th, Hanjin, Hyundai, Yang Ming and Uasc start a new joint Far East direct service to the Adriatic Sea and Trieste.

The service is operated with 8 vessels between 4000 and 4700 teus capacity (2 by each Line) and will link the Far East with Trieste with the following rotation:

Trieste, Rijeka, Venice, Port Said, Singapore, Hong Kong, Pusan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Yantian, Singapore, Colombo, Jeddah, Port Said, Alexandria, Mersin, Koper, Trieste.

This new direct service from/to the Far East, together with the already existing direct joint service between CMA-CGM and Maersk, gives another opportunity to Italian and Central/Eastern European customers to exploit the potentials of the southern routes also thanks to the wide range of intermodal services available via Trieste and connecting the main Central and Eastern Eurpean markets.
